Accessibility

We are committed to making SellItHaws.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or reduced motion. If you encounter a barrier, contact us and we will provide the information you need in an accessible format.

Keyboard and focus

Every link, button, form control, and dialog can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is always visible. Modals trap focus while open and return it to the control that opened them.

Screen readers

Pages use semantic headings and landmarks. Interactive controls carry descriptive labels, and status changes — such as a valuation running or a form saving — are announced through live regions.

Motion

The site respects your operating-system reduced-motion setting. When it is on, video backgrounds are replaced with a still image and scroll animations are disabled. No audio ever plays automatically.

Contrast and text

Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast. Type scales fluidly and remains readable when you zoom to 200 percent.

Media

Spoken video carries captions and a text transcript. Images that convey meaning carry alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

Ongoing work

We test this site against WCAG 2.1 AA as an ongoing standard rather than a one-time audit. Third-party content, such as listing data supplied by the MLS, is outside our direct control, and we will provide any of that information to you directly on request.

Tell us what you were trying to do and we will help directly and fix the page.
