Farmington vs. Kaysville vs. Centerville: how buyers choose

Most buyers who tour Farmington also look at Kaysville or Centerville. The cities sit side by side, so the real choice usually comes down to commute, housing type and the pocket that feels right.
Farmington
FrontRunner at Farmington Station, Station Park, Lagoon and the canyon trailheads. Three distinct markets: the historic core, the east bench and the newer west side.
Kaysville
Just north, with many established neighborhoods and a small-town Main Street feel. Buyers often come here looking for a bit more lot or a quieter street.
Centerville
Just south and a little closer to Salt Lake along I-15 and US-89, with a mix of older and newer neighborhoods on the bench and below it.
How to decide
Drive your commute from each at the hour you'll travel, tour one home in each on the same weekend, and check the school assignment for the specific address. The difference becomes clear quickly.
Tour all three on one weekend and test the commute; the right city is usually obvious once you compare in person.
